If they experience anything even remotely similar in sales growth, using profits changing the share structure will be EASY PEAZY. Since they are sitting on large piles of stock which will only get larger, the management/advisory group's interest in growing the value of Rocky Mountain High Brands share price is dead nuts on aligned with ours.
No way in hell will you be looking at a dime in 3-5 yrs. with them entering this market now and positioned where they are. That would be assuming no growth, and I reiterate, if that's what anyone truly believes then they're not seeing it.
