It would be GOLDEN if management took any of our concerns seriously...
I get it, we are not on the front line. It always easier driving from the back seat. But let’s face it... there are some steps that just require common sense... there is a expectation that the right thing is done. You know what’s in the best interests of the shareholders? I know they THiNK they know, but it’s transparency. First and foremost.
How can we be told that the financials are done and then not produce them? Huge risk! To me that is like moving forward while trying to pull a 747. It so negatively impacts the best interests of the shareholders. I said it before I will say it again - I do not care what’s in them, I am sure they are bad thanks to our failed 2nd CEO. But to say or not publish anything? Incredible.
Speaking of 747 - what’s the deal there? Did they put it on eBay?
How about Igor’s shares? Why not get those settled? That’s 7% of the company. Don’t give me the legal crap - it’s all negotiable.
What about clawing back shares of Barry and our failed 2nd CEO who decided to fail us by doing nothing and leaving a fiduciary mess with the lawsuit for engines?
Right there is a good amount of treasury shares that would accomplish three things - show fight, increase shareholder value and provide financial opportunity.
What about the funding for the songbird deal, no one has any clue what happened to the million dollars.
How about the preferred share repayment? Why the F#^? Happened there?
God - there are so many questions... and we have to call for answers? Bull crap... why are we still Baltia? Who knows who owns the registered name for US Global? How can you have staff and not update profiles on a website? Is anyone actually there and paying attention?
Keep looking for that opportunity... it’s there somewhere. But for the love of Gordie Howe, get your house in order....
