During CC additional law suits were discussed and would be settled after funding, in both cases NTEK was unrepresented so they know they owe the money just write the check, funding solves everything.
They either have the funding or not, I'm Loyal till the end my shares are staying right where they are, but Thanks for all your help you seem to have some inside information where and when to look.
