I agree. A Scorched-Earth policy with SA, now, clears the way for a smoother road down the line for SFOR, or any other company who buys SFOR or licenses their products. It makes a Teflon suit for SFOR, and will be worth any extra litigation costs or risks.
Put these SA bastards' heads on spikes and place them on our palace walls. Then let the other lesser lords and ladies of the tech industry come and lay fealty before King Kay, bringing tributes of big fat licensing checks, to be paid in perpetuity.
