Kronstat should have educated himself on the USPTO/PTAB's decision.
The decision is so detailed point by point in validating SFORs patent, it was a clear coup de grâce (a blow to end suffering) to Duo, Trustwave and Gemalto and they immediately went to settle.
Now in appeals court the USPTP/RTABS DECISION (along with other legal evidence presented) will be the a clear coup de grâce / death blow, delivered by Douglas Hallward-Driemeier.
Driemeier ,a legal shakespeare, will completely put out of misery , the feeble judge Kronstats notion (nothing factual just a notion) of SFORs patent as being ALice 101 as being abstract.
The appeal judges could probably decide in SFORs favor with just the . USPTO/PTAB 's decision. Ropes and Grey brought all its elite attorneys to this fight, armed to the hilt with ammunition.
They have asked for an oral argument to help simply matters to help the Judges grasp easier the issues at hand.
