IMO, IBR is waiting to verify info before newsletter is released. They are not a pump and dump scam like so many other newsletters. Since Steve was actually abroad until yesterday I would assume they need another day or two to be able to verify the information before their Newsletter hits the wire. They have their reputation at stake and as we all know, at times it is difficult to verify all that is going on with ONCI.
