My view: Panel decision will come soon enough and I would NOT settle now. If they settle before the panel reverses, are we stuck with the Calif court decision as it still stands without a reversal? We need the reversal is my thought as we do not want other defendants to cite that decision as law in future cases. At any rate our attorneys will figure it out better than I could.
