If the accountants were still ramping up as of Mar. 16, then the 10k is proceeding on an expected timeframe. None of these agencies can do anything in a week or two. Its always 4-6 weeks, it seems. With two agencies involved, accounting and auditing, they both want to get their billable hours up so this (10k) will likely take a few more weeks. The fact remains they will file, or they destroy the business. They have leveraged the capital markets to secure financing and investments, so not following through would effectively put them out, which is not a part of the battle plan. A true test of patience.
