exactly .. that and the *belief* in the cherry picked (one date out of about 15 per month) of NRs' *reporting* on FTDs .. as if any OTC target almost a decade in the making .. that came public via a R/M .. has their FTDs' *reported* factually by market manipulators .. someone needs some swamp land sold to them .. 
note the 90 day .. .. suspect a rocket went off on NRs' algos when IPIX 90 day fell below 100k .. back on 4.9.18
