I here ya, it's just that the supreme court records I found only show one case pending a court date of tomorrow, and no previous judgments or counter suits. The case of LG vs. Viva is the only one listed and Viva is the defendant in the case with a motion to dismiss set to go before the judge tomorrow. Time will tell, but I don't blame you for wanting to put idle money to work. Good luck dude!
