100% Rick has to go now. No ifs ands or buts Rick has to go. He is absolutely destroying the company. Nobody can work for him. Remember a long time ago I said he is very hard to work for because he is such a micromanager. This leaves one and a half employees left. What the heck are you going to do with that? As long as Rick is CEO this company is going to sit idle and not do a single thing.
