I responded to the email I received from GEICO about distracted driving. I sent a very simple email asking if they (GEICO) offered discounts if I had hardware/software installed in my cars. I got a quick response saying - no, not at this time and then offered a few ways to lower my bill.
I'm sure the response was somewhat generic without much thought or research/background.
I plan to forward the response to their Senior Management and offer that saving lives and reducing accidents is far more important than reducing ones bill.
