$RNVA CREDIT BIDSMAKER1 : IMO, Hold and buy dips. Failure to produce the 10K created an opportunity that MMs ran with. Just to start the day they opened at roughly 14% under yesterdays close knowing that some unfortunate shareholders placed market sell orders. If you watched L2 numerous large buys then occurred. This may have been flippers or MMs, either way it does provide liquidity as these shares will be resold for gains.
Keep in mind that yesterday we had a higher low and higher HOD. Price action today will help to stair step to new levels.
No matter what the current price is the fact remains that the AS is maxed out. The very high percentage of total shares traded adds significantly to volatility so moves like today should be anticipated and I am sure there are more to come.
TRIGGERS remain including the 10K, May 1st acquisition and spinoff.
PROBLEMS remain for the RNVA CEO. Shareholders want results and simply will not give a blank check. At this point the shareholders have control to a certain degree of how this company must be run. In effect, by controlling the AS we are now essentially the directors of the company.
What do shareholders want?
Provide the 10K
Complete the May hospital acquisition
Complete the spin off
Its results shareholders are expecting and if not forthcoming then forget about any AS increase much less a RS. Not going to work that way.
