remember less and less marker manipulators were willing to play the rigged game against IPIX over the last few years .. which is why the MMs' *reporting* to Finra each month was literally cut in half .. and then some .. from 2015's *avgs* of 25 - 28 *reporting* .. to 2018's 10 - 12 *reporting* .. the one i've been watching is OTC Market's MM (OTCX) .. who has been decoying for CDEL & NITE on IPIX for a couple of months now ..
imo another classic signal (pattern) of NR being upside down .. is when MMs' decline .. btw .. here's the volume avgs currently for IPIX .. spot NRs' *probs*
and why as of 4.9.2018's 8k'd PR .. *volume* had to be hiked ..
