"formulator" is not "developer." You were claiming that there was a "big developer of Brilacidin." That is not at all what Dr. Reddy's was charged with, 4 years ago. IPIX is the company that is developing Brilacidin. There is no other company that is charged with doing so.
You claim that "maybe Reddy's can't produce the sachets, then explain that."
Sure. They aren't producing the sachets because they weren't hired to do so.
You just made up the claim that they couldn't do something they weren't hired to do.
Even if we believe that you own shares, and that you haven't sold them, prove that almost everyone else is selling their holdings. What's your evidence there, to make such a claim?
Answer: there is NO such evidence. There are plenty of long-time shareholders who have posted their BUYING, though.
