Why $SGSI now???

Everyone should keep a close eye on SGSI, and I guess ICLD this week as the 2 mil dollar note is Due Saturday the 28th.
If Ponder uses his shiny new $5 mil dollar receivables line of credit to pay ICLD off for the purchase of AWS 12 months ago, once the PR hits I expect a gap up rally of 500% and a huge run to a dime from .005, no doubt that would spike the koolaid for ICLD at the same time. Ponder and SGSI paid IVLD 3 million in cash about 6 weeks ago to buy ADEX from ICLD which raised the SGSI annual revenues from 10 to 30 mil dollars. SGSI max float potential (DTC shares) was 140 Mil last I looked, and everything else is restricted with the 2 directors owning 50-70% of the OS shares.
ADEX had a net EBITDA profit of 1 million dollars last year. Now 100% owned by SGSI as of about 6 weeks ago, give or take.
And the Mantra Energy Tech is the sleeper at SGSI that could turn the company into a $1 stock once they PR a replacement partner to replace GE.....
