Respectfully, I disagree. In my line of work we will set up master service agreements with contractors and manufacturers/fabricators as preparation for work to be performed in the future. We ensure they have the capabilities and the resources to meet our needs and quality, as well as agree on terms and conditions of future payments and such. I dont have to actually issue a contract or a purchase order to do that. That being said; rarely do we ever set up an agreement without knowing that an actual contract or PO is coming shortly thereafter, but is possible. I was just pointing out for those that are concerned about the manufacturing costs with the current state of our financing that this agreement does not appear to mean that IPIX has actually committed money to Evonik, yet. The probability that they will commit money soon is near certain, but it doesn't look like we are taking on more costs and debts at the moment. I have my fingers crossed, like many here, that this hopefully means we have a potential partner we are negotiating with to cover those costs soon.
