I know some will say that this gives competitors an edge of knowing what they're doing. I suspect that most serious competitors know practically every action the company makes and probably can tell you just how many have enrolled in every trial the company is running. It's the patents that protect us from what others do, not the secrecy the company maintains with it's investors. Frankly, a competitor that developed a product based on what we're doing would end up paying us for the violation of our patent.
I believe it's clear that we won't be the first on the market with a cream that has cannabis components in it, nor will we be first with other products. I believe what will make our products stand out is their better than others, and we'll have proof of the fact that they are safe and effective.
