CANNABIS companies ALLOWED export SEEDS, oil and raw material. Medical cannabis export legislation has been passed, but with such little fanfare that many in the industry were unaware the deed had been done. Further, companies are also allowed to export ‘genetic material’ — seeds. In January the federal government said Australian cannabis companies would only be allowed to export value-added products that had been made here.

The Turnbull Government will now permit the export of Australian manufactured medicinal cannabis products,” Minister for Health Greg Hunt said in January when the changes were unveiled.
The Narcotic Drugs Amendment (Cannabis) Regulations 2018 was passed on February 8, allowing medical marijuana products manufactured in Australia to be exported to a licensed recipient in a country which has legalised the product.
Raw material has since been added to the export schedule.

Not just manufactured products; The first cannabis goods heading overseas are not manufactured goods but seeds.Medical Cannabis Ltd boss Andrew Kavasilas told Stockhead he will be exporting seeds to Canada as part of a partnership with CannTab, which is interested in some of the Australian genetic strains.

"Australian genetic strains... !" This is very interesting - there is a unic enviromental law in this country. There is to my knowledge no other country who is as protected concerning enviromental issues.
Australia being oldest continent in the world has a unic nature with some plants and animals that can`t be found anywhere else.

Yesterday QBLs subsidiary got listed on the Canadian stockexchange. QBL owns 55% of its subsidiary, revenue will be coming in from the sales of hemp (now) and the suite of MMJ products, when they reach the market within 12 weeks or less

If these genetic strains shows good results, CannTab (QBL subsidiary) would have the advantage of a unic set of genetic strains.
This could be of big importance compared to peers !
Time will tell - with Emblem Medical Corp resources, CannTab is well set with pharma experience, knowledge and finances threw joint partners.

This little canadian company (CannTab) might be bought out in the race of getting a first mover advantage, with a pharma certified set of pills to the market - sales starts within months and meanwhile one will do clinical tests, to establish relief of various other health issues.

The fact is; they are likely the NEXT company of MMJ to MARKET!
