DD2, IMO Leo is commmunicating as much as he legally can to shareholders. IPIX would not do a manufacturing deal unless B-OM is a 99% lock. He is gift wrapping a deal for shareholders and after we open the present he will reuse the ribbon to hang the criminals. One of my favorite movies is Pulp Fiction.
