DD and short term catalysts :
-USDoD/Lockheed Martin project for Naval Base expected in April (just spoke to the team, and Navy delayed the NIOTA to May, zero concern of the company or Lockheed, typical government delay)
-discussions for further navy bases performing same ESA (OTE has 200 page feasibility study for Guam they are ready to deploy and the Navy/Lockheed are aware!!)
-USVI OTEC EcoVillage first master design completed..closing on land is next step
-potential acquisition which is a GAME CHANGERRRR..as i understand it, it's looking like it's coming along very nicely and in the hands of OTE with completing DD and confirming it's positive impact on OTE...revenue, contracts, infrastructure, engineers, human resource personnel, global offices around world...GAME CHANGER
-NASDAQ up listing after the acquisition....plans already in the works
-Hurricane devastation in the Caribbean last year brought attention to need to find alternative energy sources and generation of potable water
-South Africa's water crisis has the world paying attention to the water crisis
-oh yea, Baha Mar is still on the table, a $400+M contract that once the resort is completed, negotiations will begin again...this project is not dead, and again $400+M in revenue over 20 year contract!
-THERE IS NO TECHNOLOGY THAT EXISTS, THAT CREATES ENERGY AND DESALINATED WATER LIKE OTEC!!! THIS IS THE HUGE OPPORTUNITY THAT CPWR HAS AND WILL SOLVE FOR THE WORLD. It's only a matter of time.
