Without knowing the terms of the term sheet, there is no way to even guess at what the economic outcome could be. How could one determine debt service without the terms? The margins are pretty slim in these refineries. There are a few that are currently operating that are public entities and the numbers are out there. Just being prudent here, if you do not know your costs, you can’t evaluate
