FYI: Chuck is a Government: Appointee of two Presidents, George W. Bush (DHS), and Ronald Reagan (Voice of America). He helped "stand up" Office of Legislative Affairs at the US Department of Homeland Security and served as the first Director of Legislative Affairs at the Science & Technology Directorate. Served as a Senior Legislative Staff (defense & foreign affairs, national security, business) to the late Senator Arlen Specter at the U.S. Senate.
