I would think, if their partners, which they have stated they are. What there involvement, is yet to be seen. Why would they parteners with them if they weren't involved with something? Just to say they are? Don't think that's a good enough reason. There's something very big happening that we don't know about. These are all great companies, there's a hardcore linkage between them imo.
