Nanotech has not paid a dime.
Nanotech has subsequently been garnished by the courts repeatedly and has become an enforcement debtor in the eyes of the law. Long Side not only maintains the ability to garnish any and all of Nanotech's partners, including the latest "partner" Nanotech has stated - Bridgeport.
To imply that a two year old settlement agreement - which was never paid - in any way equates to a discharge of the courts authority over Nanotech is incorrect.
Again, Nanotech might have agreed to settle two years ago, but since that time, Long Side has filed continually with the courts in an effort to actually get paid the terms of the settlement.
And yet again, the filings prove that Nanotech has yet to pay a dime. Hence the latest filings for discovery against Bridgeport. And just FYI - the reason for now the third request for information was filed by Long Side is because the previous requests haven't resulted in the settlement being paid by Nanotech.
This isn't complicated - it's all right there in the filings.
