Here is an idea to raise the pps to say, .30 . Somebody needs to jump the bid and ask price by placing an order for 500 shares @.30 about 30 seconds before the close and then we will have a .30 value. It happened a couple of weeks ago. Of course it will drop back down to around .24 but overnight we could celebrate the green and 20+% pop.

Or we could just wait for it to happen for the right reasons.
