The company is holding it's own and bills are being paid. How do I know this, the doors are still open. Don't know the fixed and current variable cost but they are being met. Here lies the problem in my opinion: As primarily a R&D company it take cash to advance any 1 new n assay product. Estimating approx. 50k dollars from the drawing board to approval. It takes a lot of dish sales from the daily operation to produce additional cash for a new n assay product, hence the offer to sale the patents. Dish sales at this time aren't enough for these advancements but enough to remain open. If they are successful with the patent sale or grant approval they will be able to move forward. If you think the patent sale or grant will be accomplished you either buy or hold. If it has to rely on dish sales we remain where we are. Opinion.
