3 from 2015 and 1 from before the Summary Judgement hearing even took place and TD is saying this is what is holding up the decision for the Fab 5.
And Henry pissed off a Federal Judge so the judge throws a temper tantrum and delays the case.
A judge would have put Henry in jail for contempt, fined him and oh ya followed thru with the threat of sanctioning him after 3.5 years.
First when it was taking so long it was the judge had to read thru 1280 pages.
Then the excuse was the judge had to read thru 3000 plus pages. a
And that was just a few months ago TD said this.
And now TD says a motion filed a year ago before the hearing is holing it up.

He must have been that dumb SOB never picked for a team in elementary school to play kickball. We know why
