Here is a eye opener. Apple. APPL:
APPL has an O/S 5,074,013,000
APPL closed at $165.72 PPS with a market cap of $840,865,434,360

Now lets say UTOP becomes .05% of APPL (yes only 1/2 a percent.)
$165.72 X .05% = $8.29 PPS
Now I need to scale the O/S
APPL O/S = 5,074,013,000
divided by UTOP O/S 6,000,000,000
0.84567 scale ratio
$8.29 X 0.84567 = $7.01 PPS in direct comparison.
