has signed a marketing and operations agreement with JTT-EMS LTD of Shijiazhuang, China to bring the MediPendant(TM) personal medical alarm to the People's Republic of China. This agreement follows the recent shipments of product to Denmark and the consummation of an agreement with a large alarm company in Scotland, both with plans to begin marketing the MediPendant(TM) in the first quarter of 2013. Under the terms of the agreement with JTT-EMS, the parties have started the planning process with an initial strategy of offering the MediPendant(TM) in select cities in China. They plan to provide monthly monitoring services within a new joint venture business arrangement.
