You can read into Leo's response anyway you want to. At this point, I appreciate him not responding to any shareholder and focus on getting the P data analyzed and released. If an investor can't wait a few more weeks or so, then they should sell their shares and move on.
I have complete confidence in IPIX's mgmt. to do the right thing for its shareholders. Yes, they have made some mistakes during the past few years, but they have also faced issues like Mako and unfounded lawsuits that other companies have never had to deal with.
There is no doubt in my mind, that a hedge fund has been working with a Big Pharma company, one that is most likely located outside the US. Together, with the help of certain posters on various stock chat boards, have done everything they could the past two years to force this company into bankruptcy by manipulating the share price down to a lower level. Why, because the share price is Ipix's capital and needed to obtain funding to move their science along. The lower the share price the more expensive it is to finance their operations.
Many have asked, why would a shareholder who didn't believe in the company or trust in its mgmt. continue to hold shares while publicly degrading their company on a daily basis. Why, because, they are not shareholders. Some are traders while most others are either shorting the stock or working in conjunction with the hedge fund.
The bottom line is that the system is rigged against small OTC companies....especially....bio pharma companies....which have a much longer path to commercialization of its products and the nefarious entities know this and why, IMO, they are so brazen in the use of their criminal tactics. They know that with their illegal methods and their deep pockets, they can manipulate the share price down and can make substantial profits while taking nominal risk because they know the inept, undermanned SEC will do little to stop them.
One day, I feel this orchestrated stock manipulation plan against IPIX will come to light.
