While frankly $3 in 3 years would be great money f

In 3 years I doubt if we have FDA Approvals, but we might have approvals of other Govt. agencies. What's more important IMHO is outstanding efficacy data in smaller Phase 2 Trials which will have completed. The results should be public, and the products should be on sale in many places OTC, but not yet as approved drugs in most.
This is a very different plan, but it should work. Most drugs are approved first in clinical trials and go on the market as prescription. After substantial use and proof that they're safe, the may be permitted to be sold OTC without prescription. If you want to save money and have insurance, have the drug prescribed, it may be far cheaper. We're doing it backward, prove it safe, put it on the market while proving it effective, then finally get it approved so insurance can pay for it without a fight. I say without a fight because I believe that some patients will challenge their Insurance companies and get at least partial reimbursements while probably saving their insurance companies over the price of current drugs for things like psoriasis. It wouldn't surprise me if the VA even provided our sublingual tablets for PTSD to Veterans before it's officially approved as a drug as well.
If I'm right, and if by this time next year a couple of those products are being sold in various places around the world, I believe we'll be seeing prices over $3 by then, and perhaps could have a market cap that exceeds a billion.
