Sorry 8th, I was 'inoculated'....know you love THAT word.....against being a 'sheepie' by, ironically, rigorous training in critical thinking skills and the scientific method by nuns and Christian Brothers.
They were smart enough to secularize reason from faith, a lesson I've never forgotten.
Occam's Razor and 'association is not causation' are just two of many principles I employ to prevent me from falling for conspiracy theories and to discern 'fake news' from Shinola.
DEW 'testing' lit up CA. Yeah, sure.
And of course conspiracy theories are the REAL hallmark of sheepie 'thinking'.
The conceit that has you believing that YOU are one of the select few who 'know' what is really going on is a source of continuing amusement to me and many others.
