$PSGR FAILED Company, Mgmt., B.O.D., and Stock
This Company has FAILED so SPECTACULARLY,
and also SO CONTINUOUSLY, that its stock has
effectively ceased trading.
They have some telegraphed actions on the Horizon,
yet -- as history has so amply taught me -- I HAVE
LOW EXPECTATIONS.
Pershing Senior Mangers have a history of NOT DO-
ING WHATEVER THEY SAY THEY WILL DO ! ! ! !
The next thing, this "now due" thing, will be no different.
Examine their record to verify my assessment.
HERE IT IS IN A NUTSHELL to save time :
(1) Pershing President says they will do some thing or another
(2) If it is a real/meaningful deliverable, THEY DO NOT DO IT ! !
(3) Pershing President NEVER ADDRESSES the fact that it was not done.
(4) GO BACK TO STEP ONE. .. Repeat as often as desired.
Yes, these NitWits do release some progress against TRIVIAL GOALS :
(i) ..Assay results, repeatedly, but no movement towards a Bulk Sample or Pilot Plant
(ii) .CLAIMS, Claims, claims - - - they are always adding more claims
(iii) FINANCIAL FILINGS -- they do FILINGS for a Company with
. . . NO FINANCES ! ! ! .. And they do them on time so the Failed
. . . Managers can sell their Failed Stock whenever they want to.
(iv) RE-Orgs and the like - - - NOW THERE'S SOME REAL
. . . PROGRESS ! !
(v) Etc - - many meaningless PR-s with NO SOLID RESULTS, EVER !
An Embarrassment, truly a TWO DECADE EMBARRASSMENT ! ! !
REAL..MEN..DO..REAL..WORK.. ! ! ! !
