I have been friends with Jerry since THCZ days.Went to the party at Magiannos in Orlando when they had hemp infused wine and he gave me the left over food to take home.I know he and Lily are still friends and she recently asked him about buying the company back.
Whenever Michael Welch talks about Jerry he seems to think Jerry was an incompetetent businessman who handed out shares like candy.No personal antagonism but being responsible for the company and left in the lurch,he and David were scrambling to put thing right for RMHB and the shareholders.
Lily has all those preferred shares.No idea if she paid Jerry but she didn't pay the Company and Michael told me he was horrified when he found there was no financing provided by her after Jerry left.
Jerry told me that her providing financing was contingent on the China deal which was her project.and that he was the one who brought in the 2 sharks Gerry David and Kevin Harrington.But then he had a big row with Gerry David because David would not approve CBD infused beverages that JG was insistent on.One of them threw something at the other and Jerry went storming outJerry said recently ironic that RMHB are doing it now.Yes but times and legislation have changed since then.
So no legal experience but my guess only is what it comes dow to is probably the issuing of preferred stock to Lily Li and stock to others.If Jerry had not left,,the China export would have been pursued and she would have financed RMHB and merged RMHB China onto it.But (according to Jerry)she paid $45,000 to RMHB for product and was not able to get the requisite import permits from the Chinese government so it was in the Friar Tuck Inn.She seems kind of shy and more of a real estate person in the USA.
That is all I know.Jerry and I do not discuss the litigation now but just the CBD sector in general as he was in Orlando last week.Hope this sheds some light.
