He has been working on the Reg A for months, now the week it is supposed to be filed he realizes a revenue stream is needed? He over promised and under delivered. He’s dug himself a hole with his self proclaimed deadline dates and the only way I can see him getting himself half way out of it is with an official shareholder update on the wire
