Steve knows he needs to get the audit done and name change, at least one of the two in the near future in order to show the market that he is for real. He screwed up so many times, I believe he is aware of the fact that he can't afford another F up!
Having said that, BBW is a well known ringleader of a group of shorts that claim to control ONCI along with several other tickers. He fears a major catalyst being announced soon and had to show up on the board today to try to scare people into selling. He often uses the same arguments that Qtrader was using until his recent disappearing act. Let's hope BBW and his gang of mean spirited thugs get burned by Steve.
