don't forget, a company can terminate an employee without having the right to go into their personal account(s) to take back previously forwarded pay, and they don't have the right to take back shares of stock that are held in another account. They DO, however, have a right to that stock and even cash reimbursement as long as it has been awarded by the court due to the defendants being found guilty of fraud or similar illegal conduct or transactions. We just have to wait for the decision. Maybe it'll get bumped ahead, but the courts are usually running behind if anything, so December or later is probably when we'll find out.
