Yes, but Mr. Heddle has a continuous supply of new horses for future dead horse beatings. He puts these Schrodinger's horses in a barn where nobody can see them and implies they're alive but most people know they're already dead before they enter the barn.
Two more days until the purchase agreement deadline. It's anyone's guess whether Mr. Curtis found unwary investors to throw away $1,500,000. If he did then the new deadlines total up to June or July 2020 before PTOI investors know whether the processors were accepted or whether the $1.5M will have to be refunded. If Mr. Curtis didn't find investors then Mr. Heddle will likely announce that the current horse is alive but that the deadline has been extended.
