I should add that the "push" through the wall is simply the demand growing strong enough that BMIC and other MM's stand to make far more on shares they already hold at higher asks than to try and hold the price down for accumulation. They (also) simply run out of shares initially. Also, GHS wants to move a certain number of shares. Higher pps is ok if the liquidity is there. It will only be there at higher pps if the buying pressure cranks up high enough to drain them and continue with sustained volume.
