I strongly disagree with that statement. Strong numbers will surely have a major impact, but a strong earnings forecast aside even just the already forecast earnings transactions being completed will drive the pps upward. Investor confidence will start the uptrend well ahead of big profits.
The reason for the delay in that first multi-million dollar transaction was a change in their flavor house to one that is much closer to and has previously worked with their CBD supplier, so they are moving ahead quickly now. The Mexican private label deal will be logged in this (2nd) quarter as indicated.
The announcements of certain deals being inked will drive buying pressure sharply upward. I believe this will be the case because this time around, they have the necessary financing secured. That means there'll be no doubts as to whether or not they can keep the product flow moving.
No more inability to keep distributors stocked like we saw in the early days. That also plays a critical role in building brand loyalty. A rock solid steady supply. A growing supply, and the inevitable growing revenue streams that come from the sales growth that come with that supply growth. Supply and demand.
This quarter, this team is about to turbo charge the demand with a major awareness/advertising push through their social media tools and those in use by their distributors. Some of those distributors we haven't heard about yet, but we'll will soon enough. $$RMHB$$
