I'm not downing IBR as you claim. The need to bring in new eyeballs is evident here and may be the only way to spark a renewal in the ONCI stock price.
The messenger of the news however has credibility issues and for now the market and existing stockholders are taking a wait and see attitude as they have been burned over and over again.and take anything said by SB with a hesitant grain of salt.
