I'm certainly not telling anyone to sell or to buy. We all should make our own decisions here but there are many who just play follow the leader without verifying anything.
Two more weeks for Berman to pull off the Cogosence purchase according to his revised guideline. Will there be yet another excuse?
Almost a month has passed since we were "close to a deal with a Turkish insurance company".
As far as not having facts, this is just a sample of what Berman seems to throw out then just forget. From the June 2016 shareholder letter:
OUR FIRST COMPANY
These are truly exciting and historic times for On4 Communications. The first child company that On4 will create is a disruptor in the dental-care industry. Several contracts are already on the table between On4 and networks of elder-care facilities for On4 to provide on-site dental care on a consistent basis. All of our equipment will be transported inside each facility so patients do not have to risk going outside to a mobile bus or a nearby clinic. We bring everything necessary for the dental care inside the facility. This reduces the exposure of the care facility to accidents and lowers their insurance costs. The dental staff we hire is on a contract basis which is cost-effective as the Company is not responsible for additional benefits. We currently have contracts on the table with facilities in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida.
So WHAT HAPPENED to all those contracts?
Fast forward to March 23, 2018 shareholder letter:
DENTAL
I’m more convinced of 2 things! Urgent Care Dental is a Home Run and single freestanding stores are not the way to approach this concept. I have reached out to some of the Urgent Care Players in the New York area looking to do a joint Venture combining Urgent Care Medical along with Urgent care Dental to make it a total Urgent Care facility. I will hopefully be meeting with some of these companies in the upcoming months to discuss this opportunity. As health care insurance becomes more expensive, many families are cutting out their Dental insurance and are going to the dentist less unless it's an emergency and paying the full fare out of their pocket. It’s a risk but some families can’t afford the extra money to have dental insurance. The more I read about the future of health care insurance, the more I believe this is a winner. All you have to do is look in almost any strip mall; there are urgent care stores popping up everywhere. I will update as we move forward.

Apparently nothing happened in the previous 18 months and Berman has yet to implement his dental ideas. Maybe in another 18 months?
If you are going to say you will do something , do it. Don't talk about it forever and then do nothing.
And that is the gist of the problem here.
If Berman is doing the best he can, great. Execute on what you can. Don't promise the world then leave investors hanging. .
