In my opinion it says a lot about what we should expect and be doing. Clearly neither of them are in any hurry to sell shares and know that one day hose shares will be worth much much much more. It also tells me they don't need the money to just line their pockets with. They can live without cashing out a lot of shares. What Samblis sold like 5 mil or something last year? Hardly something I'd complain or worry about in the grand scheme of things.
