I'm going to keep telling you that because you are wasting your time and everyone else's arguing about the dead horse short BS.
Alan is going to post daily FINRA short #'s so GTFOI.Having a 2 year battle over it is useless and if your idea is the winner is determined by the "last man standing" then you are wrong.The winner is determined by who is right and that won't be determined until the deal(s) are signed and delivered.And at that point no one will give a shit whether you were right or wrong anyway.
