Re the NT10Q filing today,as you know, but for others who dont know,low penny stocks are low priority in the queue for outside auditors,who priortize their big customers first, and thus it is very common for them to hold up filings like 10Q's. Thus:
The Registrant is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Form 10-Q Quarterly Report for the quarter ended February 28, 208 because the Registrant's auditor has not completed their review of the Form 10-Q. It is anticipated that the Form 10-Q Quarterly Report, along with the interim financial statements, will be filed on or before the 5th calendar day following the prescribed due date of the Registrant's Form 10-Q.
I mention this because I'm sure this has not escaped the attention of bashers on the basher board ,which I cannot stomach looking at very often and thus havent seen since my last posting there.
As I mentioned there in response to Harolds harassing of my recent posts there (he apparently had forgotten who i was bc i used to post their frequently) I got into WOLV because Hal promoted WOLV nonstop for maybe 2 years-something I'd never seen a promoter do before- in ca 2010-2011
He missed an issue around Christmas of one of these years and thus explained to people he had had a heart attack-which i think may have been his fourth or so- he may have mentioned that.
Anyway glad you pointed out what happened bc he has shouted about Bruce and you incessantly for many years now - I wish for the sake of longs and his health and whatever residual sanity he possesses that he would let it go,or he may have another heart attack over this issue-and his continual spam like bringing up of something that he has already noted hundreds of times re something that happened over 5 years ago isnt proper.
