Specialized holding company SinglePoint, Inc. (OTCQB: SING) this morning announced the finalization and successful completion of its PCAOB corporate audit. Per the update, SinglePoint has been working closely with Turner Stone and Company in order to complete the 2016 and 2017 corporate audit, and it now intends to take the necessary steps to become fully reporting by filing a Form 10.
