*imo* one aspect of NR is to seed SMBs .. because NR can almost always outlast OTC mgmts and most definitely OTC investors .. who can have their emotions played with daily .. or for every round that gets played out specific to X PPS
what i look at is what gets *reported* .. which is why i always *note* volume matters
volume can be broken down factually by the tape of trades .. and by what the actual (not decoys) activity done by MMs' reporting to Finra each month (MM Monthly) .. there is also the daily reg sho %s .. which to me only matter for what they show in aggregate over time (weeks/months/years) .. specific to those companies i refer to as OTC survivors
of which imo Innovation Pharma most definitely is
re: your specific ? .. imo if one understands what is done on the OTC one can easily *see* what is done on exchange traded companies .. i can point to ROKU
as a most recent example .. run her up .. take her down .. take her up .. compress down .. trigger reg sho (no forced buy in out of the shits at the Sec) .. stay on reg sho from 3.1.2018 to 4.13.18 .. and then *have* volume (significantly above avgs) and due to compressing down PPS .. having to actually take PPS up ..
so imo Innovation's uplisting and mgmt's execution (that could take many forms) .. will absolutely force the last *imo* several years of bogus bs out of NR .. to the forefront and by default force a take up on IPIX .. NR would rather not visit
imo everything they do specific to OTC companies that came public via a R/M is % based .. and that includes what i believe to be NRs' abusive short in IPIX
my preference is to post out the tape of trades so all can see what is shown .. and note what daily reg sho reveals since 2.22.18 .. (May 2017's 52 week low *reset*)

If NR has been having such a hard time getting shares over the past year or two, do you see them leaving IPIX at the first opportunity or do you see them settling in to IPIX for years to come with their rinse and repeat cycles seemingly so effective?
My fear is that they keep working hard to scuttle the SP even after we get good P news or possibly even after a deal announcement. I would think a strong deal would send them packing but they seem to be a very determined group and may have grown attached to IPIX.
Many think getting to a better board (as NASDQ) will solve this but I don't really find them much better than OTC. As for institutional investment, I would hope they will buy heavily but again not sure they will step up to the plate.
All ideas from anyone willing to express their opinion will be appreciated. Hard to have a good board if next to nobody ever responds to legitimate discussions.
