Not implying anything other than to stay on for the transition is good and makes sense. But to be a consultant short or long term is wrong. Not even going to call management as they will not answer. In all reality the new CFO has a long history with 1,2, and a 5 year stunt. Long history not sure. Can't really call it but he does have experience with a Big 8 accounting firm as an auditor.
Just do not understand why this past interim CFO is a consultant. If that was the only way for a smooth transition we should have had another late filing and let the new guy figure the messed up financials himself from scratch. I do not understand this at all.
