No it’s Abnormal...and so is 10M shares being offered at .05.
Warrants, no warrants, warrant for my arrest so I don’t get fed up holding this penny position for 3 MORE years.
By the way, it is totally normal that a Summary Judgement request drags on. Lifescan is involved in another SJ that is at the 3-year mark in a case that began in 2008. The original judge got old and died. But the "new" judge is really slow. But very few go that route. If I had to guess, I would say a ruling in late May or early June, if the parties don't settle first.
But as I have stated many times, the smartest people in the world, the people who know everything about everything, are penny stock traders and flips. Thanks for the education.
